Hi, I’m Ruth
Change in the tech world can be brutal. I've been through it myself, navigating eight mergers and acquisitions in various publicly traded companies throughout my 25 year career in sales and executive leadership. I’ve seen firsthand how a tough M&A process can grind you down, making you want to keep your head down and hope you don't get cut.
But I can tell you from experience, that passive approach leaves your career to chance. That's why I created this program. One thing I learned through my own experience is that there is another way - you can turn corporate change into your biggest opportunity. You just have to make it happen.

This programme is right for you if you are a senior leader in tech facing significant change. This could include change from M&A, restructuring, a changing job role, shifting leadership responsibilities, or a change in your team structure. You’re at a point where you know you need to make change happen but you need some guidance and accountability on how best to make it happen in the right way for you.

This programme is not for you if you are relatively junior, prefer not to work in a group setting, or do not have the desire to implement change.
If you’d prefer to work 121 only - I can adapt the programme to suit so just let me know. -
Participants typically leave the programme with a clear strategy for successfully leading personal change through M&A or major transformation, a refined leadership style, and the confidence and tools to execute your vision within your organisation. Your personal success depends on your engagement, but you will be equipped with everything you need to drive meaningful and lasting change.

The time commitment is typically 1 hour per week for 3 months. Each month, this includes 2 group calls, plus two one-hour one-to-one calls with me.

This is a blended programme, mixing group work with one-to-one coaching sessions. This balance is designed to enable the best learning by providing: a group of like-minded peers facing similar challenges at work; and confidential one-to-one sessions for a deeper exploration of your specific needs, concerns, obstacles, and opportunities.

I do not set formal homework between sessions, as I believe you are an adult and don't require it. However, you will get out of this programme what you put in. While all necessary session work will be done during the sessions, you are encouraged to apply the learning on your own, for example, by working on an organisation chart or a specific influence strategy.

The first step is to book a 30-minute discovery call with me. This allows us to discuss your specific challenges, confirm the programme is the right fit for your goals, and answer any final questions you may have before you formally enrol.

Yes, all one-to-one coaching sessions are held in the strictest confidence. The purpose of these private sessions is to allow for a deeper exploration of your specific needs, concerns, and obstacles in a safe and secure environment.

You will receive all session recordings, all slides, and a handbook that guides you through every exercise we do. You also receive three months of access to Cloverleaf, an AI-boosted coaching platform I use to support participants throughout the programme.
